Section 3 upper deck is complete. I had to remove the upper deck because the signal towers got broken. I built the first set and broke two of them while installing them. I built a second set and broke them when installing the deck. I kept bumping the fiber optic wires. I finally encased them completely within styrene tubing. So far so good.
