This caboose, MoPac - 13057, is located in West, Texas, which is about 80 miles south of Dallas, Texas just off of IH35.  It looks to be in restoration.  This might be fun to scratch build and there is a three foot yardstick in the last three photographs for scaling.   I believe this is what is called a transfer caboose
