Armentrout Chapel

The Armentrout Chapel is a beautiful and inspiring chapel built by Mr. Armentrout for his lovely and delightful wife.  It was a labor of love.  This small chapel is situated on at the Armentrout home site a few mile north of Orange Grove, Texas.  Some say it resembles one of the churches in town but smaller.

The setting of the chapel is toward the back of the Armentrout property behind their home.  The landscape is beautiful and serene and behind the chapel is a small pond with ornamental fish.  The chapel is sparkling white with a steeple at the front.  There is a pair of entry doors with one facing their home and one facing the pond.

Inside the church are three pews and a pulpit.  Mrs. Armentrout handmade the stained glass windows.  Every aspect of the chapel is real just smaller.

The Armentrouts worship and meditate in the chapel every day.
